Q>How do Pimples appear only on the face and not on other parts of the Body ?????

A>The skin has large number of sweat glands which secrete sweat. Sweat passes through the ducts and comes out of the pores. We cover our Whole Body by wearing clothes, but the face is not covered and it is exposed to all sorts of environmental conditions.
A large number of minute dust particles and bacteria present in the air are deposited on the facial skin which enter into the sweat glands through the pores and thus block the passage .In women ,make -up and foundation lotions or creams alos block the passage.
These bacteria are destroyed in the sweat glands byt the white blood cells(WBC)
The inflamed sweat glands develop as pimples on the face.Boteh the WBC'S and the bacteria's are destroyed in the fight and come out of the pimples in the form of PUS.
